Dining out: Birthday Meal

Hello lovelies!

So yesterday evening I went out for my stepdads dads birthday (confused? Me too).

Me, my sister, my baby sister, my mum, my stepdad and his dad went out to a lovely little pub restaurant called The Prince George in MK and it was so cute and vintage in there that I had to take pictures!

I had to put this picture in of my baby sister as it made me chuckle haha.
Me and my sister ( such copycats) had the same and we had hunters chicken DELISH.

I couldn't find a pretty place to show my OOTD but hopefully in the future I will get better at this!

Hope you all enjoyed!

Let's Talk About Eyebrows: Eyebrows 101

Hello lovelies!

Today I'm going to talk you through my brows.

People say to me "your eyebrow game is on point" I couldn't appreciate it more than I do. So I'm going to tell you my little nifty tips and tricks on to getting your brows lovely and defined. In no way am I saying my eyebrows are perfect, but they are definitely suitable for everyday life!

Tips & Tricks

• Match a pencil or shadow with your eyebrow - for example if you have light brown eyebrows, don't fill them in with black or a very dark brown shadow! Match up as perfect as you can.

• Getting them shaped - pluck them if you desire but you need to be careful, over plucking leads to serious damage (such as wonky brows). You can get then shaped by having HD brows, threaded ect. I have had my brows threaded.

• Pencil or Powder? - when starting off with grooming your brows, you really want to be as natural as you can and use products that aren't too difficult to use. Pencil is a little risky as you need to apply gentle pressure. With a powder, you can tap and add as much as you want. I personally feel more comfortable with powder, and the eyeshadow I use for my eyebrows has amazing staying powder, it's the only aspect of my makeup that stays on all day! I do know you can use gels for your eyebrows, but pencil or powder is definitely the easiest way to go!

•

Line your brow brush next to the side of your nose. That's where naturally your eyebrows should start. As you can see my eyebrow goes slightly over haha. I prefer it that way.

Line your brow brush in an angle next to the side/end of your nose (hopefully you can see haha!). This is where the highest point of your brow should be (the arch).

Finally, line your brow brush just underneath your lower waterline (basicay under the eye) and that should be the end of your brow.

My Eyebrows

I fill my eyebrows in with the real techniques accent brush (above) as this helps give more definition and I can be as accurate as I possible can with this. And also I use the Naked basics pallete and I use the shade Faint to lightly fill them in.

Faint is the dark brown colour. I also use Venus which is the first colour on the left as a brow bone highlight.

I hope this helped you all!

What do you use for your brows?

City Break: Hand Luggage Essentials

Hello my lovelies!

I feel as if I haven't blogged in a long time...hm. But I am going to start doing OOTD blogposts for all and taking my blog a little bit more seriously as I love to write about things as well as film.

So today I am going to share with you my essential items for going away in my hand luggage (obviously if your going on a plane, don't pack aerosols).

So in my bag (which is from primark) there is:

Schwarzkopf Got2b Salt Spray: this is one of the best things ever. When ever I have boring straight hair or when my hair is in a pony tail I will spray some of this salt spray in, scrunch it up with my hands and you're done. You get your natural, beachy waves.

Batiste tropical dry shampoo: this is a life saver if you're in a sweaty car or train. It's just perfect to spray in your hair to either give Volume or soak up the oils with.

Chapstick: this is a raspberry one, this is just for when I get chapped lips as it tends to happen a lot!

Natural collection spray in strawberry: this is such a cheap item and I never really thought I liked it, but when you spray it it just smells like summer in a bottle. The spray has the most gorgeous scent and I would highly recommend to just refresh yourself up!

My makeup bag: my makeup bag is from primark and this just has all my makeup in. I just like to keep this with me if I need to touch up anything.

EarPods: how could you not need earphones?! I have these ones which came with my iPhone 5C.

iPad: I love taking my iPad with me as it has 4G so I can watch do a cheeky bit of Netflix-ing on the go.

And they are all my essentials!
What are your travel essentials?
